Any material misrepresentation in your registration information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of Balance. bdt365 operates a risk-based KYC programme. Verification may be triggered at registration, upon reaching cumulative deposit or withdrawal thresholds, or at any time at bdt365's discretion for compliance or fraud-prevention purposes.

All Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdt365 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:
The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by bdt365, although individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time or within a maximum of 15 minutes of confirmed payment provider authorisation.
You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits originating from third-party accounts, joint accounts where you are not the primary holder, or any unverified payment instrument will be returned to the originating account and the associated Wagers voided. bdt365 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, borrowed funds, or any funds obtained through unlawful means.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account within 30 minutes of payment confirmation, contact [email protected] with your transaction reference number. bdt365 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within 24 hours. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your payment provider without first contacting bdt365 support is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit. The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. bdt365 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes of request approval on business days during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours; processing times may extend outside these hours.
The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:
bdt365 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the Account remains under active investigation. In such cases, bdt365 will notify you by email and provide a reasonable explanation to the extent permitted by its compliance obligations.
bdt365 offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which supplement these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in respect of the relevant promotion.
Wagering requirements are calculated on real-money Wagers only. Bets placed using Bonus Funds do not count toward the wagering requirement on any other active bonus. Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100%, while table games and live dealer titles may contribute a lower percentage as specified in the relevant promotion terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bdt365's operating entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. If the internal complaints procedure does not produce a satisfactory resolution, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body as designated by bdt365 at the relevant time. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
